As Escrow Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing all funds coming into and out of our real estate escrow accounts in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner.

• Input daily deposits
• Handle check requests
• Revise checks and disburse recording overages
• Issue stop payments on checks and reprint checks for disbursement
• Input daily wires 
• Audit real estate ledgers 
• Download, Release and Transfer deposits
• Reconcile in RYNOH
• Deposit checks on a regular basis
• Process refund checks
• Works with others in the Finance department to ensure ledgers, sub-ledgers, and reports are in balance and reconciled to other financial data.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• High degree of interpersonal skill and tact to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Qualifications:

• 2 years accounts payable experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Experience with Quickbooks accounting software a plus.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles also a plus.
